NYC E-Waste Law in Effect June 15
A recent New York City law requiring electronics manufacturers to establish and manage e-waste disposal programs will go into effect on June 15th! The regulations require that manufacturers create and pay for a program whereby city residents could mail back or drop off electronics and are required under the law to collect items directly from city residents.
