May 31: Tribeca Cinemas to feature LUMO Film Screening in NY, NY at 5pm

On May 31st, Tribeca Cinemas will feature a screening and panel discussion for LUMO, the feature-length version of In Transit. The film, focused on a unique Congolese hospital for rape survivors, has been recommended by Nicolas Kristof of The New York Times. Producer/Director Nelson Walker III will join the panel discussion including Judy Anderson, Executive Director HEAL Africa; Dr. Roger Luhiriri, Physician, Panzi Hospital; Kambale Musavuli, Spokesperson, Friends of the Congo; and Noella Coursaris Musunka, Congolese model and founder of Georges Malaika Foundation. Nelson also directed A Nomad’s Life, featured in the Eighth Annual Media that Matters Film Festival.
