Fight the Expansion of the Patriot Act
Day of Remembrance is a startling wake up call to the climate of racial intolerance in our post 9/11 United States. Help stop the House of Representatives from expanding the nefarious PATRIOT Act. Its own version of legislation claims to respond to the 9/11 Commission recommendations, but actually goes far beyond those recommendations to curtail due process and judicial review in the immigration system.
