A Girl Names Kai Honored at the Tokyo Video Festival
The Tokyo Video Festival (TVF) started in 1978, by Victor Company of Japan, Ltd. (JVC) which sought to develop a new image culture by means of video. Since then, over 40,000 submissions from over 90 companies have been considered. As part of this year's TVF, A Girl Named Kai is one of 30 works honored with an Excellence Award.
