6/8: Media That Matters 11 at Scribe Video Center, with Filmmaker Nuala Cabral

Did you miss the New York premiere of Media That Matters 11? Fret not - we’re proud to announce a FREE screening of the entire program for Philadelphia audiences at Scribe Video Center on Friday, June 8, 2012. Founded in 1982, Scribe Video Center is a place where emerging and experienced media artists can gain access to the tools and knowledge of video making and work together in a supportive environment. Based in Philadelphia, Scribe has established eight ongoing programs designed to meet the needs of the general public and media artists, including workshops, documentary projects for youth, and the monthly on-site screening series Storyville. In addition to screening all thirteen films in the 11th Media That Matters showcase, Scribe Video Center is also excited to announce that WALKING HOME filmmaker Nuala Cabral will be in attendance.
