Bringing Good Food to the Lunchroom

In October, we are launching an awesome new project called Media That Matters: Good Food. While I am not going to reveal any more details on this project just yet, there is a great article republished on Alternet about incorporating good food in schools- from education on healthy eating to actually growing and enjoying fruits and vegetables from a school garden. Michael Ableman from the Center for Ecoliteracy wrote the essay "Let's Get the Grease out of School Lunches." Here are a for you to chew on while we put the finishing touches on Media That Matters: Good Food. Enjoy!
