Urban Funk: The Many Faces of Youth Culture in America is a month long festival taking place at the Globe Institute of Technology. The events will showcase the youth's perspective on the revitalization of downtown Manhattan. The original programming will reflect on college life, youth fashion, hip-hop, film, identity, careers,art and youth culture in Urban America. Urban Funk is sponsored by New York-Presbyterian Community Health Plan. Join us for a screening on Friday, October 14th of the youth produced films of thefifth annual Media That Matters Film Festival.
