Vision Youthz Hosts A Media That Matters Screening

Posted on April 20, 2005

On May 5th 2005, Vision Youthz in San Francisco is hosting a screening of the Media That Matters Film Festival.

Founded as a non-profit in 1998, Vision Youthz provides avenues for skills-building, relationship-building, and inner awareness for vulnerable, inner-city youth. Our holistic youth development programs graduate youth into higher levels of education, employment, recreation, relationships, and well-being. As a volunteer-based community, we facilitate supportive relationships between youth and a diverse group of caring, committed adults. Through personalized referrals, we aid youth in meeting their needs with existing community services. Youth are supported long-term, as they set and complete more sophisticated goals on their way to the college and careers of young adulthood.
