Using Film to Combat Bullying

Have you watched Kristina Schoentag's Laugh at the Fat Kid? What about last year's Media That Matters film Storm? These shorts portray the intensity of bullying in our schools and underscore the need to create safe spaces for youth to learn and grow.

Educators are recognizing the value of using media in the classroom to combat bullying. And important new films on the topic are being produced. Learn about two new films on bullying: Debra Chasnoff's Let's Get Real and Rats and Bullies.
