Media That Matters Travels to Philly!

On Friday February 18, 2005, the Scribe Video Center in Philadelphia is hosting a dscreening of the Media That Matters Film Festival! Scribe, a non-profit organization, was founded in 1982 as a place where people could work together and gain skills in media making. Scribe Video Center seeks to explore, develop and advance the use of video as an artistic medium and as a tool for progressive social change. If you are in the Philadelphia area, stop by to watch the 16 short films, speak with local activists and hear from some Festival filmmakers for a Q&A after the screening!
