ABOUT THE FILM
Thomas Brown, Director of Storm, is the founder of The Broken Toy Project a national anti-bullying program. Brown travels all over the United States, presenting his unique message and films to children, educators and parents. The award presented to this film is in honor of the work of Peter Yarrow and the Operation Respect: Don’t Laugh at Me project, transforming schools and camps into more compassionate and safe environments.
