Angela is currently an MFA Candidate in the Film Production Program at the University of Texas - Austin and recipient of the E.D. Farmer Fellowship by the Teresa Lozano Long Institute of Latin American Studies. She has also been awarded by CONARTE in Monterrey, Mexico with the Fund for the Artistic Professional Studies Abroad 2009.
